Materials:
- 2 tablespoons Zer tomato paste
- 2 cups Zer bulgur
- 250 grams cubed diced beef
- 1 dried onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of Zer vegetable margarine
- 2 green peppers (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 pack of Zer meat bouillon
- 4 cups boiling water
Its making:
- Cook The Meats: Melt the Zer vegetable margarine in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion and fry until pink. Then add the cubed chopped veal and fry until the meat releases its juice and Tues.
- Add the Tomato Paste: Add 2 tablespoons of Zer tomato paste to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Stir until the tomato paste smells.
- Add the Bulgur: Add two cups of Zer bulgur and let the bulgur fry a little in oil. This will add a better flavor to the bulgur.
- Add the Peppers: Add the chopped green and red peppers. Cook for a few more minutes, stirring.
- Bouillon and Water: Add 4 cups of boiling water and 1 package of Zer meat bouillon. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Cook the Rice: After the water boils, close the lid of the saucepan and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes until the bulgur is tender.
