Materials:
• 6 adet patates
• 1 piece of onion
• 2 tablespoons Zer olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Zer tomato paste
• 2 handfuls chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon of Zer salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
Its making:
1. Preparation:
• Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
2. Fry the Onion:
• Heat the Zer olive oil in a saucepan and add the chopped onion. Fry the onions until they turn pink.
3. Add the Tomato Paste and Potatoes:
• Add the Zer tomato paste to the roasted onions and cook, stirring, for a few minutes.
Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and fry for a few more minutes, stirring.
4. Spices and Water:
• Add salt and pepper to it. Add enough water to pass over the potatoes and close the lid of the saucepan.
Cook over low heat until the potatoes are tender.
5. Service:
• Add the chopped parsley to the cooked potatoes and mix. Keep it on January stove for a few more minutes and serve.
