Materials:
- 1 piece of wrapped cabbage
- Zer olive oil (for in)
- 2 cups Zer rice
- 1 cup hot water
- 2-3 pieces of onion
- 1 tablespoon of Zer tomato paste
- Zer olive oil (out of)
- Zer salt
- Black pepper
- Mint
- Chili Pepper
Its making:
- Prepare the Cabbages: Carefully separate the leaves of the cabbage. Prepare boiling water in a large saucepan and boil the cabbage for a few minutes and soften it. Leave the scalded leaves to cool.
- Prepare the Filling Mortar: Finely chop the onions and fry them in a frying pan with Zer olive oil. When the onions turn pink, add the Zer paste and cook, stirring.
Add the washed Zer rice and add the hot water after roasting a little. Add the spices (salt, pepper, mint, pepper). Cook, stirring, until the water is drained. Leave the filling to cool.
- Prepare The Wraps: Remove the middle veined parts of the cabbage leaves. Put the appropriate amount of the inner mortar you have prepared into each leaf and wrap it tightly.
- Cook The Wraps: Place some cabbage leaves at the bottom of the saucepan. Place the wrapped cabbages neatly in the pot.
Drizzle a little Zer olive oil over it, add a little hot water and close the lid of the saucepan. Cook over low heat for about 30-40 minutes.
- Serve: After the wraps are cooked, you can serve them warm or cold.
Enjoy your meal!
