Materials:
• 1 pack of Zer thin cut pasta
• 300 g minced meat
• 1 small bowl of grated dried onion
• Half a teaspoon of Zer salt
• 1 tablespoon Zer tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon Zer flour
• 1 coffee cup Zer garlic sauce
• 3 grated tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Its making:
1. Boil the Pasta:
• Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and add a little salt to it. Cut Zer thin throw the pasta into boiling water and boil according to the time on the package. After scalding, drain and set aside
2. Preparation of Minced Meat Sauce:
• Heat the Zer extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan. Add the grated dried onion and fry until the onions turn pink.
Then add the minced meat and fry until the minced meat releases the water and Tues. Add the Zer tomato paste, grated tomatoes, black pepper, cumin, turmeric and Zer salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring the sauce.
3. Flavoring of Minced Meat Sauce:
• Add the flour and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. Then add the chopped parsley and the Zer garlic sauce. Stir the sauce and cook for a few more minutes. Remove the sauce from January.
4. Combine with Pasta:
• Pour the minced meat sauce you have prepared over the pasta you have boiled and strained and mix well. Make sure that the sauce is evenly distributed over the entire pasta.
5. Service
• Serve the pasta with minced meat sauce hot. You can optionally sprinkle fresh parsley on it.
