Materials:
• 1 tablespoon Zer tomato paste
• 2 pieces chicken hip butts
• 5 pieces of potatoes (peeled and sliced)
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon of Zer vegetable margarine
• 1 tablespoon Zer garlic sauce
• 7 cherry tomatoes
• 1 coffee cup water
• Rosemary (fresh or dry)
• 7 pieces of mushrooms (chopped)
• Half a coffee cup of Zer extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 3 carrots (peeled and sliced)
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• Half a teaspoon of Zer salt (optional)
Its making:
1. Marinating the Chicken:
• Marinate the chicken thigh thighs in a bowl with Zer tomato paste, Zer egetable margarine, Zer garlic sauce, turmeric, cumin, paprika and half a teaspoon of Zer salt, mixing well. Cover the chickens all over with this mixture and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preparing Vegetables:
• Slice the potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. You can leave the cherry tomatoes whole. Place on a baking sheet.
3. Adding The Chickens:
• Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
4. Preparing The Sauce:
• In a small bowl, mix half a coffee cup of Zer extra virgin olive oil and 1 coffee cup of water. Pour this sauce over the chickens and vegetables. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
5. Baking In The Oven:
• Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45-60 minutes, until the chickens and vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Make sure that the chickens stay in the oven until the top is golden.
6. Service:
• Let the dish come out of the oven to rest for a few minutes, then serve warm. If you want, you can serve it with rice or salad on the side.
