Materials:
• 200 g minced meat
• 1 chopped red dried onion
• 2-3 tomatoes (sliced)
• 1 teaspoon of Zer tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon Zer salt
• 1 teaspoon cumin

• 2 tsp Zer garlic sauce
• 2 slices of cheddar cheese
• Hamburger bread (adjust the number of pieces according to your request)
• Zer liquid oil (for frying)

Its making:
1. Preparing the Meatball Mortar:
• In a bowl, add the minced meat, chopped red onion, tomato paste Zer, salt Zer, cumin, pepper and garlic sauce Zer. Knead all the ingredients well and prepare the meatball mortar.
2. Shaping Dumplings:
• Make palm-sized meatballs from the meatball mortar you have prepared. Flatten the meatballs by pressing them flat.
3. Frying:
• Heat the Zer liquid oil in a wide frying pan. Place the prepared meatballs in the pan and cook on both sides for about 4-5 minutes until they turn golden. In the last 1-2 minutes, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt.
4. Preparing the Hamburger Bread:
• Heat the hamburger breads. If you want, you can make the breads crispy by lightly frying them in a frying pan.
5. Creating the Hamburger:
• Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom of the warmed hamburger bread. Add the meatballs that you cooked on it. Then add the sliced tomatoes and the desired amount of Zer ketchup and Zer mayonnaise. Finally, cover the top of the hamburger bread.
6. Service:
• Serve your burgers hot. You can serve it with French fries or salad on the side.
