How to Make Bulgur Pilaf with Vegetables?

Materials:

•⁠ 2 cups Zer bulgur pilaf
•⁠ 4 tablespoons Zer olive oil
•⁠ 1 piece of onion
•⁠ 3 pieces of sharp pepper
•⁠ 3 red peppers
•⁠ 2 pieces eggplant
•⁠ 1 tablespoon of Zer tomato paste
•⁠ 2 pieces of tomatoes
• ⁠Zer salt
•⁠ Black pepper
•⁠ 2.5 cups hot water
•⁠ Dried mint

Its making:

1. Prepare the Vegetables:
•⁠ Chop the eggplants into small cubes and soak them in salted water. Finely chop the onion, peppers and tomatoes.

2. Roast Vegetables:
•⁠ Heat the Zer olive oil in a saucepan. First, add the onions and fry until they turn pink. Then add the pointed pepper, paprika and squeezed eggplants, continue roasting.

3. Add the Tomato Paste and Tomato:
•⁠ When the vegetables are roasted, add the Zer paste and mix. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the Bulgur:
•⁠ Add the washed bulgur to the pot and fry by mixing with vegetables.

5. Spices and Hot Water:
•⁠ Add salt, pepper and dried mint. Add the hot water, close the lid of the saucepan and cook over low heat until the bulgur drains.

6. Rest and Serve:
•⁠ When the rice is cooked, remove from January and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Then serve it hot.
