Materials:
• 2 tablespoons Zer tomato paste
• 2 cups Zer bulgur
• 250 grams cubed diced beef
• 1 dried onion (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon of Zer vegetable margarine
• 2 green peppers (chopped)
• 1 red pepper (chopped)
• 1 pack of Zer meat bouillon
• 4 cups boiling water
Its making:
1. Cook The Meats:
• Melt the Zer vegetable margarine in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion and fry until pink. Then add the cubed chopped veal and fry until the meat releases its juice and Tues.
2. Add the Tomato Paste:
• Add 2 tablespoons of Zer tomato paste to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Stir until the tomato paste smells.
3. Add the Bulgur:
• Add two cups of Zer bulgur and let the bulgur fry a little in oil. This will add a better flavor to the bulgur.
4. Add the Peppers:
• Add the chopped green and red peppers. Cook for a few more minutes, stirring.
5. Bouillon and Water:
• Add 4 cups of boiling water and 1 package of Zer meat bouillon. Stir and bring to a boil.
6. Cook the Rice:
• After the water boils, close the lid of the saucepan and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes until the bulgur is tender.
7. Service:
• After the rice is cooked, remove from January and let it rest for a few minutes. Then aerate by stirring with a fork. Serve hot.
