How to Make Chickpea Dish with Meat?

Materials:

• 1.5 cups Zer chickpeas (pre-soaked)
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 dried onion (chopped)
• Zer liquid oil (for frying)
• 1 tablespoon Zer tomato paste
• 300 grams of cubed beef
• 1 red pepper (chopped)
• 2 green peppers (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon of Zer salt (optional)

Its making:

1. Preparing Chickpeas:
• Soak the chickpeas with plenty of water from the evening. The next day, drain and rinse the water

2. Sautéing Meats:
• Heat the Zer liquid oil in a large saucepan. Add the chopped dried onion and fry until pink. Then add the cubed veal meat and fry until the meat releases its juice and Tues.

3. Add the Tomato Paste and Turmeric:

6. Cooking:
• After boiling, cook over low heat for about 1-1.5 hours, until the chickpeas and meat are tender. You can add water if necessary.

7. Service:
• Serve hot after your chickpea meat dish is cooked. If you want, you can serve it with rice or yogurt on the side.
